Mohamed Abdalla Saleh
President and Co-founder
Eng. Mohamed Abdalla Saleh is the Chairman of Al Saleh Capital Ltd, a diversified group operating across strategically important economic sectors. A qualified engineer from the Sharjah Institute of Technology, he began his career within the security sector of the Government of Dubai.
He brings extensive business and leadership experience across the security, aviation and maritime industries. A committed Emirati entrepreneur, he co-founded National Dynamics to establish a multidisciplinary technology and solutions company serving the Gulf and African markets.
Throughout his career, Eng. Mohamed has built his businesses on strong commercial fundamentals, sound governance, professional excellence and uncompromising ethical standards, aligned with the strategic vision of Al Saleh Capital Ltd.
Costas Dovas
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Costas Dovas holds a B.Sc. (Honours) in Networking and Computer Systems and an M.Sc. in Computer Networks from Middlesex University, UK. He began his career in London in 1994 as a Computer and Network Engineer and later served as a Lecturer and Module Leader at Middlesex University and the University of Westminster. Following his service with the Hellenic Air Force, he joined Armenia’s incumbent telecommunications operator, ArmenTel CJSC, as a Project Manager and ICT Consultant, contributing to large-scale projects and R&D initiatives. He subsequently spent nearly 14 years in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the UAE with Intracom Telecom S.A., holding various managerial positions and supporting major projects for leading telecommunications operators. Mr. Dovas also served as Regional Sales and Business Development Director for Media5 Technologies and has advised several companies on business development. He brings broad expertise across multiple technology sectors, has secured multimillion-dollar contracts and has worked extensively across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia. He joined National Dynamics DWC-LLC in March 2022 as General Manager of Business Development and was subsequently appointed Chief Executive Officer.
Veera Reddy Dumbala
Chief Administrative Officer
Mr. Veera Reddy Dumbala holds a master’s degree from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India, and is a results-driven Finance and Administration professional with more than 12 years of experience in the United Arab Emirates.
Throughout his career, he has undertaken diverse responsibilities across finance, accounting and administrative management, developing strong capabilities in financial coordination, reporting, operational support and organisational administration. His disciplined approach, attention to detail and commitment to accuracy enable him to manage responsibilities efficiently while supporting broader business objectives.
Veera is also recognised for his strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders across different organisational levels and cultural backgrounds. Equally comfortable working independently or as part of a collaborative team, he brings professionalism, adaptability and a dependable, solutions-oriented approach to every assignment.
Ramon G Brita
Chief Technical & Design Officer
Mr. Ramon G. Brita is a graduate of the Eulogio “Amang” Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology in the Philippines and an accomplished Design Engineer with more than 30 years of professional experience.
He possesses extensive expertise in engineering design, detailed drafting and the development of DEM-related equipment, supported by advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and a strong understanding of technical design principles. Recognised for his precision, attention to detail and commitment to quality, Ramon consistently delivers accurate, practical and technically robust design solutions.
Combining extensive engineering knowledge with effective project-management capabilities, he is well equipped to interpret complex requirements, coordinate multidisciplinary design activities and deliver projects in accordance with technical specifications, operational objectives and established timelines.
